FitnessOur fitness program is staffed by professionals in exercise physiology, who are trained to work with individuals at all levels of fitness, and to adapt exercise to address whatever physical limitations one might have. Among the types of exercise that are offered include: cardiovascular training, walking and running programs, weight training and toning, core stability and balance training, and yoga. Training is conducted either one-on-one, or in small groups. Our goal is to help people to develop healthier lifestyles and to incorporate fitness into their lives. SELF-ASSESSMENT TESTS
